Notice is hereby provided of the Government requirement for a performance-based contract to provide comprehensive Mechanical Maintenance services at the Binghamton U.S. Cthse. & Federal Bldg., 15 Henry St., Binghamton, NY. The contract base period is three (3) years commencing on June 1, 2000 and includes two (2) one-year options following thereafter. The successful contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all required services. The contract will also require the successful contractor to provide a full time Customer Service Representative on-site at the Binghamton Federal Building. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 7349 and the small business size standard is $12 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued tentatively on April11, 2000.
