This project includes the installation of new electrical load banks and related electrical wiring and control devices. All work is to be performed within the security perimeter of the Forrest City Federal Correctional Institution, Forrest City, Arkansas. The work consists of installation of new electrical load banks and control devices. The work area is located in the electrical room of the existing powerhouse. The work in to be done in single phase and shall include: 1. Installation of new electrical load banks. 2. Installation of related electrical wiring and control devices. 3. Incidential construction to paint components as directed. 4. Backfilling, compaction and repairing existing concrete as required after installation of the new equipment. 5. New Concrete pads for mounting electrical equipment. The work will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Prime Contractor must be able to understand the Drawing, and Provisions of the Contract, including Division I Specification Sections. The Contractor will be required to complete the project within 90 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract Award. Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
