a requirement for conference facilities for the National Conference on
Federal Employee Assistance and Health Enhancement Programs. The
National Conference on Federal Employee Assistance and Health
Enhancement Programs is sponsored by the U.S. Office of Personnel
Management (OPM), Employee Health Services Team, and is held every two
years. The conference attracts individuals responsible for, or
interested in, Federal Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) or worksite
health promotion programs, such as EAP administrators and
coordinators, worksite health promotion program managers, fitness
facility managers, employee health and fitness specialists, and
employee relations specialists. The two and one-half day conference
attracts 175-275 people nationwide and offers general sessions,
concurrent sessions, luncheons, continental breakfasts and exhibits. It
is estimated that 200 room nights will be used during the conference.
Site location needs to be within 150 miles of Washington, DC. This
requirement has not been set-aside under SIC 7011. RFP-OPM-00-00970JCB
will be released on or about April 3, 2000, and will close 30 days
