This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Sole Source Procurement with Aerial Catographics of America (ACA) authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). MacDill AFB proposes to negotiate with ACA for non-personal services to provide printed enlargements and digital imagery of negatives produced and maintained by ACA. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary to perform the following: (1) One set of color raster image files, rectified and georeferenced to UTM Zone 17, NAD 27, of 2m or finer resolution, in TIFF/TFW format, of airphotos flown 24 Oct 99. (2) One set of rectified color prints of airphotos flown 24 Oct 99 at a scale of 1 inch = 400 feet, to include entire scene taken on negative, with drill points burned into image. (3) One set of rectified color prints of airphotos flown 24 Oct 99 at a scale of 1 inch = 600 feet, to include entire scene taken on negative, with drill points. (4) One set of rectified color prints of airphotos flown 24 Oct 99 at a scale of 1 inch = 1,000 feet, to include entire scene taken, with drill points. (5) One set of 9 x 9 contact color prints of airphotos flown 24 Oct 99. (6) Six additional sets of 9 x 9 contact color prints of airphotos flown 24 Oct 99. SIC 7335. Size Standard $5.0 million.
