The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA soliciting offerors for rental
of tents as listed below. This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for
a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in subpart
12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are
being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The
solicitation number is F04684-00T0510 and will be issued as a request
for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions
and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular
97-12. This acquisition is a 100 % set-aside for small business
participation only. The SIC Code is 7359 and size standard is $5
million. There will be thirteen (13) contract line item, one job, for
this acquisition as follows: The contractor shall provide all necessary
tools, including items requiring rental (i.e. Cranes, forklifts, etc.)
to ensure construction is completed by deadline. Structures must be
capable of withstanding constant winds of 70+KTS (81 MPH). Vendor must
provide maintenance within 4 hours of request. All structure must be
capable of withstanding constant winds of 70+KTS (81mph). TASK 1. (1)
100' X 75'-structure must be capable of housing a 25 X 27' maintenance
crane and one (1) 15'X 20' helicopter. Structure must be capable of
closing with the aforementioned items inside. Entrance/exit capability
must also be provided for the 15' X 20' helicopter. 100' X 75' clear
span structure (free of interior columns). 100' X 75' clear span
structure is required to be set up by 0800 hrs 6 Apr 00, with tear down
of structures will be no earlier than 15 May 00. TASK 2. One (1)
general lighting package TASK 3. one (1) safety package (fire
extinguishers, signage (exit/no smoking). TASK 4. One (1) 60' X 70'
temporary structure to be set up by 0800 hrs 20 Apr 00, with tear down
of structures will be no earlier than 9 May 00. TASK 5. One (1)
general lighting package, TASK 6.one- (1) safety package (fire
extinguishers, signage (exit/no smoking). TASK 7.One (1) 40' X 40'
temporary structure. TASK 8. One (1) general lighting package, TASK
9.one (1) safety package (fire extinguishers, signage (exit/no
smoking). TASK 10. One (1) 40' X 40' weather resistant floor covering.
TASK 11.One (1) 150' X 10' X 8' temporary covered walkways, TASK 12.
One (1) general lighting package. TASK 13. Delivery/installation
/removal cost for the above mention items. Contractor shall show
breakdown cost for each task item .The Provisions at FAR 52.212-1
"Instructions to Offerors-Commercial,"with the following addenda
applies to this acquisition: Offerors shall submit past performance
data consisting of three recent and relevant contracts with their
offer. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2 "Evaluation-Commercial Items"
applies to this acquisition. Insert in Para (a), "The following factors
will be used to evaluate offers, (1) price and (2) past performance.
Offerors must submit with their quotes a completed copy of the
provisions at 52.212-3 "Offeror Representations

Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition
