The desired location of the space is within an approximate five (5) mile radius of Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg Virginia. We are seeking approximately 3000 sq. ft. of contiguous space. The space will be able to contain a minimum of 8 patient exam rooms, a patient education/conference room, 2 clinician offices, a reception area, a patient waiting area with seating for a minimum of 15 plus 2 wheelchair spaces. Adjacent parking will be available for a minimum of 15 vehicles plus 2 handicapped access spaces. The projected CBOC opening date is 9/1/00. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government considering price and other evaluation criteria. This solicitation is subject to our receiving Congressional approval to proceed. A solicitation cannot be issued until we receive this approval so a projected issue date or proposal due date is not yet known. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
