Project requires architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, fire protection, security, and environmental design and construction. Some items required for this project are demolition, interior design, pre-cast panels, HVAC, paving, and landscaping. This project has three options; Option #1, Redesign tower so that the footprint of tower falls 2,133 mm east of the position shown on plans, Option #2, Renovation of Interior Space and Option #3, Provide and install color cameras, color monitors and video splitters. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP).
