The work consists of Constructing a 6' by 16' concrete footing on embankment, constructing one reinforced concrete pier supported by 4 HP 12x53 piles driven into lake bottom. Total pile length approximately 80 feet. Water depth is approximately 31 feet at bent location. Support pier is 150' out in the lake from footing on the embankment. Pre-fabricated steel truss bridge structure is located on the embankment at site. The bridge is in two pieces and must be bolted together. Contractor must install bridge structure on the footing and support pier and attach all anchor bolts. The installation of the bridge shall be under the direction of a licensed professional engineer experienced in this type of construction. The bridge structure is 150' single span and weighs approximately 75,000 pounds. The estimated value of the proposed project is between $25,000 to $100,000.
