Sealed offers are due on or before Friday, April 14, 2000 no later than 4:00 pm EST. Award of the project will be based on price and other factors. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,500,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 with construction completion approximately 330 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
