The Food and Drug Administration has a requirement for renovations and repairs and maintenance affecting building systems in twenty (20) leased facilities in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The proposed contract action (s) is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The Government will consider all responses received within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis. However, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract award based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
