This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The estimated range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Requirements include but are not limited to: providing all labor and materials needed to perform work to upgrade an existing rifle and pistol firing range. Work shall include the modifying on an existing back berm, the installation of two new side berms, public address systems, target system, lighting modifications, and a concrete walkway system on the range. All work shall be performed in compliance with National Rifle Associations Range Manual and all local, state, federal and EPA regulations. Weapons to be used on this range include 12g shotgun, 40mm gas gun, 40mm stun gun, M16 rifle and 308 sniper rifle. The anticipated solicitation issue date is March 30, 2000 with an anticipated quote due date of April 19, 2000.
