The contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, including supervision, equipment, and materials in order to perform the required alterations to TWFN which include spackling and/or repairs of any damaged areas of drywall requiring painting; and painting in certain areas. All work shall be performed between 6:00 pm and 3:00 am, Monday thru Friday, and/or weekends between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm. The period of performance will be 60 days. The estimate price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a small business set-aside. Performance/payment bonds are required. The SIC code is 1721 with a small business size standard of $7.0M average annual receipts. The Invitation for Bid will be issued approximately April 6, 2000, with bids due 30 days after the date the IFB is issued.
