The Rammer Actuating Valve contains a component, Body Assembly, PN 12012180, which is to be qualified as part of the Rammer Actuating Valve. The qualification of the Body Assembly will require the item to be assembled inside the Rammer Actuating Valve and subjected to performance and dimensional inspection criteria described in the Qualification Test Procedure. The end result will be the qualification of the critical body assembly component for the ultimate production and delivery of Rammer Actuating Valves. The Army anticipates purchase of this item in the near future. Each contractor will be required to pay all costs associated with the Qualification process.
