The government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Tech Resources, Incorporated, 1 Meadowbrook Drive, Milford, NH 03055 is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary for the support involved. The Government intends to procure these sets under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-97-G-0217. Firms that recognize and support the P-3C SATCOM Antenna Coupler Set are encouraged to identify themselves. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. See Note 22.
