This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1162300T0600, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The proposed solicitation listed here is set-aside 100 percent for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification number is 5261 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial.
