Box 109600 West Palm Beach, FL 33410-9600. This modification is necessary in order to procure IBR fixture finishing and integration with the test fixture. Only Pratt & Whitney possesses the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, facilities, and unique experience required to perform this effort.
