The project shall consist of the design for replacement of a 60,000 square foot Coast Guard owned pier at Pier 36-Berth Alpha-U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command Seattle, WA. Tasking will include soil exploration, design for all utilities (water, telecommunications, sewage, drainage, fendering), utility connections, relocation of a CG radar tower, mechanical/electrical systems and demolition of existing timber pier. Special emphasis will be placed on knowledge of concrete marine pier design. Estimated construction cost range is between $5Million-$10Million. Qualified firms desiring consideration shall submit SF 255, including organizational chart of key personnel to be assigned to this project, current SF 254 and consultant's current SF 255s not later than the close of business (4 p.m.) on the due date.
