The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO) intends to issue a contract modification, on a sole source basis, to extend the period of performance of contract no. N66001-97-D-5002 with Cyberbyte, Inc. (dba Intelesis). The contract currently provides for professional systems and software engineering services, general support services and materials focused on research efforts that address shipboard and shore-based C4ISR operation system and technical architectures. The modification provides for a level-of-effort increase to provide continuity of service between the expiration of the current contract and award of a new contract for future requirements. The estimated value of the contract modification is $450,000. Future new requirements for these services will be competitively procured.
