The following changes are made to the above solicitation: 1. The T-1 services are subject to the following fees or taxes normally imposed on this type of service a. FCC fees and b. local line portability charges. 2. The T-1 services are not subject to the following fees or taxes normally imposed on this type of service a. local acces fees for 911 services and b. local or state taxes. 3. Long distance service will be provided by MCI ordered under an existing GSA Contract for T-1 Service. No outbound long distance callls will be placed under the T-1 service provided through this solicitation, NRCS-3-TN-00. 4. The PBX to be serviced by the T-1 service from this solicitation, NRCS-3-TN-00, is digital and will connect through agency provided and installed digital line cards. Vendors will provide an FJ45 jack for the agency to connect its PBX to. The closing date is extended from the close of business Wednesday, March 22, 2000 to Tuesday, March 28, 2000. All other terms, conditions, specifications, and otherrequirements remain unchanged. Offerors who have previously transmitted their offer based on the original solicitation need only submit documents relating to any changes they wish to make as a result of this addendum.
