The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, boats and incidentals necessary for the complete removal of cabins, other buildings, docks, walkways, septic systems, loose debris, trash, and other items at 18 different sites throughout 218,000 acre Voyagers National Park, located in northern Minnesota. The park has NO roads to these worksites. Access to the sites must be accomplished in the summer by barge and boat on area lakes. Worksites are located at numerous shoreline locations on Rainy, Namakan, and Sand Point Lakes located near International Falls, MN. The Contractor shall use approved or licensed disposal facilities for proper disposal of demolition debris. Proposals will be evaluated on pass performance, quality of work and price.
