The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) anticipates award of a commercial services contract for the development and performance of an Employees Assistance Program (EAP) for all BLM employees and their eligible dependents within the state of Utah. Period of contract is anticipated to be a base year through September 30, 2001, with 4 one-year options, through September 30, 2005. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform these services. It is anticipated that this will be an IDIQ contract with possible multiple awards.
