(BSI), Atlanta, Georgia. The Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS) interfaces with BSI-TAX System's tax calculation files for current and updated payroll withholding tax formulas. The BSI-TAX System files contain tax formulas and tax tables for federal, state and unique local taxing authorities. This is a sole source requirement for central site support for all releases of BSI-TAX which is proprietary to BSI. Responsible vendors who believe they can provide a functionally equivalent product shall furnish a detailed proposal to include cost and price no later than April 12, 2000 to the Government point of contact listed in paragraph 11 above.
