S -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the North Central Crane company under authority of FAR 6.302. This acquisition is for one (1) Manitowoc #123 30 foot jib with all sheaves, mounting equipment such as pins, to mount base section of the jib to the main head and pins to make up sections of the jib. Strut of 12 feet 6 inches and all wire rope and miscellaneous parts needed to hook up the jib to the main boom to make the jib work wise. The jib will have a hook up for the anti-two block device to hook up both the hanging chain for the weight and the hook up for the electric.
