This synopsis is being posted to inform all interested parties that (1) the attachment solicitation number FCGE-00-0000-0 is merely a DRAFT for your review and comments for the upcoming Quarterly Document Management Forum/Pre-proposal Conference, (2) The final solicitation proposed date is June 2000, and the contract period for the new solicitation will be effective October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2006, with a one (1), five (5) year option and (3) This will be a "standing" (no closing date) solicitation which will be available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS), web-site address: http://eps.gov/. The General Services Administration (GSA) Office and Scientific Equipment Center will be hosting its Quarterly Document Management Forum/Pre-proposal Conference for Federal Supply Schedules 36 IV (Document Management Products and Services, 67 II and III (Photographic Equipment, Supplies and Services and Video Services) and 74 IV (Office Equipment Product and Services). The conference will include themerging of the aforementioned Federal Supply Schedules as well as other contracting and legal issues pertinent to the GSA Schedule Programs. Because of the importance of this Conference all current schedule contractors, as well as any company interested in obtaining a contract for these type product and services, are encouraged to attend.
