A delivery schedule of 84 days for quantities up to 20 each will be desired, with an additional 30 days added for each increase of 10 each. Offers based on supplying other manufacturer's parts shall be accompanied by technical and other data sufficient to evaluate the item for the intended application per the cited drawing. Final approval authority rests with the source control activity. The government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The approved source is Hydraflow (24984). The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed four extensions. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
