S-NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with E-Z Dock -- Almanor Dock Supply. This acquisition is for (6) 80" X 10' X 15" sections and (8) 40" X 10' X 15" sections, (40) 10' railings, (1) aluminum ramp and components, to be interlocked with existing docks, must self-floating, resistant to extremes in temperature, high-winds, non-skid surface, made of recycled materials.
