This project includes providing three new or like new temporary office trailers for lease, set-up of units and utility connection at Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, Georgia. Each facility shall provide a minimum total of 2,000 square feet of floor area (approximately 36 feet in width by 56 feet in length), and shall include a minimum of five (5) private individual offices with a lockable door, and with storage closet and one unisex restroom. Each private office shall have approximately 80 square feet of floor area (approximately 8 feet in width by 10 feet in length). The remaining space is to be utilized as one large office area for fifteen (15) employees. The storage closet and restroom shall be individually lockable. One of three facilities shall be modified to include a shower and change area of approximately 20 square feet. The office facilities will have a self-contained heating, ventilation and air conditioning (conventional A/C unit with heat strips or a minimum 3-ton heat pump) system. The water, sewer, and power will be connected to existing utilities. All units must be certified and bear the insignia of Department of Community Affairs (DCA). This is an unrestricted procurement.
