PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes a new 60 ton chiller, a new 500 MBH boiler, pumps, piping and appurtenances for upgrading the HVAC system for Bldg. 485. Also included in the work is replacement of existing duct insulation, cleaning existing duct work, lighting fixture replacement, ceiling replacement, painting, electrical power for new chiller and pumps, DDC controls and stainless steel sheetmetal work. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued as a HUB-ZONE SET-ASIDE. The SIC Code is 1711. The Government intends to issue the solicitation through the use of the internet. The entire solicitation package will be posted on the internet for viewing and downloading.
