The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the following work in altering and repairing of the Services Facility, Building 322. Alter Work, includes construction of new front and rear entries and associated work including foundations, columns, sidewalks and roofing. All demolition work associated with construction of new front and rear entries, including sidewalk, canopy, brick edging, benches, waste can, electrical and landscaping are included. Repair Work, includes asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, demolition of exterior sidewalks, interior and exterior CMU and stud walls, roof system, windows, doors, stairs, plumbing, HVAC, electrical equipment and interior and exterior finishes. New architectural features, include split-faced CMU and brick veneer, cast stone trim, metal stud walls, aluminum store front doors and windows, aluminum casement windows and a steel roof truss and stand seam metal roof system. Installation of the elevator and stairs are included. Finishes include resilient tile, vinyl wall covering, ceramic tile, carpet and acoustical ceilings. Building systems include electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Total performance time is 352 days. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and will be evaluated under the HUBZONE preference program.
