Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the GI PRODUCT DISPLAY AREA. Work is to include demolition of Hauserman partition walls, drywall walls, suspended ceilings, and removing carpet. Contractor shall install new wall covering, paint additional walls, modify existing HVAC system, install additional Variable Air Volume Boxes w/ New Thermostats, install new supply ceiling diffusers complete w/ flex duct, and modify sprinkler lines. Work shall also include the demolition of electrical conduit, junction boxes, wiring circuit breakers, light fixtures, receptacles, switches, and all associated material. Contractor shall install new flourescent light fixtures, switches, wiring circuits and conduit. Fixtures are 120 VAC. Install new electrical circuit wiring, receptacles, light switches, conduit, and circuit breakers. Install track lighting including light fixtures and light switch circuits. The work shall be performed by a general contractor (SIC Code 1542, size standard $17.0 Million) who has five years experience in renovation of general office areas. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, and OSHA requirements. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and 100% of this project is set-aside for small business. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in the south city of St. Louis.
