This is a Competitive 8(a) Procurement:: Performance period is One (1) base year with two (2) option years Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to maintain and repair existing steam/condensate systems or to install new steam/condensate systems on Elmendorf AFB Alaska. The work areas are all base steam and condensate utility systems, which includes all pipes, steam pits, valves, and steam condensate accessories. The work items include but are not limited to: steam and condensate pipe replacement, steam pit piping accessories replacement, ventilation blowers, sheet metal ductwork and ductwork accessories replacement; asphalt paving, replace concrete curbs and gutters, replace concrete sidewalks, pavement marking, base course and subbase work, and others. All responsible 8(a) sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications will be available through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) @ www.eps.gov Format for the specifications are Word 6.0.
