market survey is to locate sources for engineering services and
supplies required to support the familty of AN/AVR-2 and the family of
TS-4321/AVR-2. The present contract is DAAB07-96-D-D603 with Raytheon
Systems COmpany (formally known as Hughes Danbury), Danbury, CT. The
contractor shall provide engineering services and supplies to the U.S.
Army and U.S. Navy platforms. The contractor shall provide field
services, installation support, testing support, software reprogramming
support, repair of systems and prototype systems, engineering studies,
documentation support and direct assistance in the testing fielding of
the family of AN/AVR-2 and the family of TS-4321/AVR-2 on an "On-Call"
basis. The contractor will also be required to participate in
technical interchange meetings. These services will be required as
CONUS or OCONUS. The period of performance will be for 18 months to
complete various tasks orders. The contractor shall submit their
technical proposal including all supportingback-up directly to the
technical point of contact which is Lynda Ru, AMSEL-RD-IW-EC, Fort
