The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as follows: 52.0202-0001, 52.0212-0001, 52.0203-0003, 52.0212-0004, 52.0212-0003, 52.0212-0005, 52.0216-0001, 52.212-7000, 52.212-7001, 52.204-7004. vi. The Contractor is required to submit completed 52.0212-0003 and 52.0212-7000 "Offeror Representation and Certifications Commercial Item" with proposal.
