contractor to examine the effects of instructional interventions in
high-poverty elementary schools. The study will examine schoolwide
instructional reforms supported through Title I funds and whole school
reform models that focus on instructional improvement and are
supported through the Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration
program. RFP-00-R-0029 is anticipated to be issue on/or about April 12,
2000. The RFP will close June 13, 2000. Request for copies may be made
