Congress St., Tucson, AZ. These boilers are rated at 300,000 BTUs each. This procurement includes: provide/install one plate and frame heat exchanger, two (2) hot water circulating pumps, one expansion tank and all associated piping, electrical and insulation. Also included in this procurement is the disconnection and removal of one existing steam boiler, heat exchanger, condensate tank, and 500-gallon steam converter domestic hot water tank. The contractor shall provide engineering and technical services to install all equipment in compliance with all applicable codes.
