STORAGE ARRAY UPGRADE The VA Boston Healthcare System, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130-4893 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Emed Technologies, 25 Hartwell Avenue, Lexington, MA 02421-3102 for the purchase and installation of a Storage Array Upgrade to an existin PAC System. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the upgrade. Any offeror purporting to be able to furnish a compatible upgrade may submit a written response demonstrating such capabilities by April 7, 2000. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this notice is within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
