Synopsis No. S-000002 -- The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to perform grounds/snow maintenance as described in the specification. Grounds maintenance shall include lawn care, trimming and edging, fertilization and weed control; snow maintenance shall consist of snow plowing, including salting and sanding of all walkways and paved areas. Contract will be for 12 months with an additional 48 months of options available at the Contracting Officer's discretion. Estimated cost range for base period: under $25,000. This solicitation is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC Code is 0782 and the small business size standard is $5.0 million.
