Sealed bids for award of firm-fixed price construction contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment and qualified supervision to Remodel an existing office space of approximately 2,100 GSF into a new Angiography suite ready to receive new Philips Angiography equipment. Also required is some remodeling of office and conference room space of approximately 1,700 GSF into office space required to relocate the displaced personnel for project number 603-34-00 at the VA Medical Center, Louisville, Kentucky. The project includes, but not limited to, completion demolition, reconstruction of general construction items, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, medical gas lines, special requirements needed for the Philips Angiography equipment, and all other related work as required by the contract drawings and specifications. Cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Completion time is 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
