The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices, and materials and perform all necessary operations to replace the lightning protection systems to include air terminals, air terminal supports, main conductors, down conductors, and grounding electrodes for navigational aids. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel.
