The summary of work includes providing all materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and provide labor to complete demolition of the existing single ply membrane roof, insulation, flashings, and replace with new built-up roof, insulation, flashings, etc. Demolition of the existing hangar deck deluge sprinkler system, and replacement with a foam fire suppression system. Construction of a small metal building addition to the hangar for the foam tanks and proportioning system. Structural seismic upgrades including welding of steel roof deck to roof members, and miscellaneous struts. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000. and $5,000,000. dollars. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program, public law 100-656, as implemented by the OFPP Policy Directive and Test Plan dated 8/31/89. The Industrial Standard Code is #1761 and the applicable size standard is $7 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years.
