The shaft is turned and external involute spline is added and 3663 -- 32 NS -- 3 thread on one end with .781 -- 32 NS -- 3 thread on splined end 2.12" full thread. Heat treat, quench and temper r/c27-32. Requirements are 300 each Gearshaft Assy. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 13 Apr 00.
