The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into fully competitive negotiations with qualified sources of supply. The NAWCAD intends to procure five (5) NICAD Battery Charger/Analyzers P/N 371AS201-1. The Battery Charger/Analyzer is required to charge and discharge Nicad batteries at the organizational level for the CH-60S Helicopter. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and consumable supplies to manufacture in its entirety. The Government does not own data rights or technical drawings. The Government intends to procure under a Small Business Set Aside. SIC Code 5063 is applicable. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract.
