The US Army CECOM Acquisition Center is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to acquire First Generation Common Modules under a Firm Fixed Price unrestricted competitive, five year IDIQ contract (FAR 16.505). These are six (6) Detector-Dewar and Detector Cooler Assemblies that provide critical night vision capability in accordance with the program-unique specifications and drawings. Appendix 1 to MIL-D-49317(CR) requires a secret clearance*. All interested bidders must posses a security clearance through the US Army, CECOM, Security Assistance Office before having access to this specification.
