It is the intent of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division to award a sole source delivery order under an existing Basic Order Agreement (BOA) with PhotoTelesis Corporation at 7800 1H West, San Antonio, TX 78230. The current requirement is for five (5) each, Fast Tactical Imagery Set, Model AN/AVX-3, P/N 490-9572-001, to be delivered five (5) months after date of order. The award will also include an option to purchase an additional five (5) units within 365 days of award of the initial requirement. This procurement will be awarded under BOA N68335-00-G-0184. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Government intends to negotiate this delivery order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Photo-Telesis is the sole designer and manufacturer of this equipment and owns all rights to technical data and drawings. The Government intends to process this procurement on a sole source basis with PhotoTelesis. However, all interested parties may provide a capability statement.
