This requirement is solicited on a sole source basis to JCC Corporation, One Bridge Plaza, Fort Lee, NJ 07024. JCC Corporation is the original manufacturer of the "X" Terminal and these parts must integrate precisely with the existing systems in terms of form, fit, function, and compatibility. If these items are not procured from the original equipment manufacturer, the aircraft with failed mission essential equipment cannot perform reconnaissance missions, thereby compromising the Navy's ability to provide security for the United States aircraft to perform the assigned mission. The Government does not possess any drawings or specifications; they are proprietary to JCC Corporation. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Required delivery is on or before 45 days after award of contract. Partial deliveries or early shipments will be accepted. Shipping terms are FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN Division, Crane, IN with inspection and acceptance at destination.
