Vality Technology Inc. is the developer, designer and manufacturer of this proprietary software; therefore, it is the intent of the Government to acquire this item on a sole source basis from Vality Technology Inc., One Financial Center, Boston, MA 02111. The following is a combined synopsis/solictation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, and supplemental information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 52-SOBC-0-00003 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The requirement is as follows: Integrity Data Re-engineering Tool (includes one development and one runtime copy), training, consulting and annual maintenance.
