This is a SOURCES SOUGHT for management and engineering services required to support AIR-4.5.5 in the design, development, integration and demonstration of a Re-Configurable Array Processor to support the ground demonstration of Airborne Early Warning (AEW) related radar components and sensors. The scope shall include the following: (1) Development of Digital Receiver Pre-Processing Card: The Digital Receiver Pre-Processing Card serves as an interface between a set of GFE digital receivers and a contractor selected Commercial Off The Shelf High Speed back plane (2) High Speed Signal and Detection Processor (HSSDP): The HSSDP performs all radar processing necessary to result in raw detection reports (3) Data Recording: The system is required to record test data for off- line processing and algorithm development (4) Test, Integration and Support: The contractor shall support a field test and integration with multiple GFE hardware components.
