draft statement of work entitled "NRC OCIMS" which will be competed
using its Focused Source Selection test procedures. The business
opportunity, in its initial form, as a DRAFT Statement of Work requires
submission of a firm's capability statement. A solicitation document
does NOT exist. All parties that wish to be considered for this
business opportunity must follow the procedures posted on the NRC's
Focused Source Selection Website at the URL given below. This proposed
business opportunity is open to large businesses, small businesses,
and small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically
disadvantaged individuals. Notice to large businesses: The
subcontracting plan requirements of P.L. 95-507 are applicable to this
effort. Thus, the businesses selected to receive the solicitation must
be prepared to submit a detailed subcontracting plan. The size standard
for this business opportunity is average annual receipt of $18.0M over
the past three years, as set forth under Standard Industrial
Classification 7376. Businesses, large and small, interested in teaming
arrangements may utilize the Comment Form on the Focused Source
Selection Website to send their business information (Name, address,
contact name and phone number, and size of business) to the NRC
Contract Specialist. The NRC will post a list of firms interested in
teaming arrangements not later than 4:30 p.m. EST on 4/06/00, via NRC's
Focused Source Selection Webpage. In order to allow small and large
businesses sufficient time to contact each other and electronically
submit a combined Capability Statement, the due date for receipt of
business information is 12:00 noon EST, on 4/04/00. It is the
responsibility of all interested firms to check NRC's Focused Source
Selection Webpage for any amendments that may be posted regarding this
business opportunity. The Government will not reimburse interested
parties for any cost associated with responding to this business
