Department of the Navy's Military Sealift Command intends to award a Time and Materials contract to Pricewaterhouse on a sole source basis. The contract will be for services to include support to assist in completion of the Data Conversion of the COGNOS database to the Oracle database, customization of Point to Point transactions to Oracle FMS, and creation of the Budget Preparation System (BPS) that works with the Oracle FMS. Services are a continuation of on-going support provided by Pricewaterhouse under two existing contracts: N00033-00-F-9054 and N00033-00-F-9003. Period of performance is anticipated to be from 1 April 2000 through 31 July 2000. In accordance with FAR 6.302-5, it is determined that full and open competition need not be provided.
