Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting environmental consulting firms to respond to this solicitation for a contract entitled Environmental Consulting Services, Various Locations throughout North Atlantic Division (Northeastern to Mid Atlantic United States and Adjacent Coastal Waters). This will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity firm fixed price contract. The offeror will be evaluated on professional capabilities, familiarity with the einvornmental regulations and ecological issues in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic states of the United States and their adjacent coastal waters and price. This will be a contract with a maximum $2 million dollar base year limit with four $2 million dollar one-year options. A minimum of $40,000.00 per year is guaranteed.
